I was struggling with developing effective study routines that didn't interfere with my physical and mental health. Starting my second year of college, the rigor of courses changed dramatically, and I sacrificed sleep, mental sanity, eating healthy, and exercise to make straight A's. After finishing Study School I now take a more holistic approach versus focusing on grades alone. My study routines incorporate built-in breaks and free time, exercise 2-3 times a week, 7-8 hours of regular sleep (prior to I was averaging around 4-5 hours) and I finished off the semester with A’s and 1 B. - Jasmine Cooper, Engineering Student
